The rules for using Ishukart, in plain words. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.

- You must be at least 18, or use Ishukart with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Give us correct details and keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You buy credits in one-time packs or top-ups. Prices are in Indian rupees, include all taxes and are paid through Razorpay.
- Each AI message, video, voiceover or custom domain uses the number of credits shown before you start. Auto charges the price of the model it picks.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Refunds follow our Refund policy.
- You own your prompts, uploads and the apps, code and videos made for you.
- You let us store, process and host them only to run Ishukart for you, including sending prompts to our AI providers.
- You're responsible for your published apps, including the data they collect from their visitors and telling those visitors how it's used.
- Use Ishukart for anything illegal, for fraud, phishing, scams, malware or spam.
- Create content that harasses people, sexualises minors, copies someone else's work without permission or pretends to be someone you're not.
- Try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or resell access without our written permission.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
- Apps, text, images, voices and videos are made by AI. Check them before you rely on them or publish them.
- We don't promise that the output is error-free or right for a particular purpose.
Published apps and custom domains
- Published apps are public at their address. Only connect a domain you own or control.
- Custom domains have a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee in credits. If a month isn't paid, the domain pauses until you top up.
- We may add, change or remove features and change prices. New prices apply only to purchases made after the change.
- We work to keep Ishukart running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.
- If we change these terms in an important way, we'll update this page and the date above.
- As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
- As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
- You can stop using Ishukart at any time and ask us to delete your account on the Data deletion page.
- If we close your account without you breaking these terms, we refund your unused paid credits.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem. You can also reach our Grievance Officer as described in the Privacy policy.
